This website is a platform developed by the Brussels Regional Informatics Centre (BRIC), a para-regional body of the Brussels-Capital Region located at 21 avenue des Arts, 1000 Brussels.
The BRIC undertakes to respect the privacy of users in accordance with the provisions of the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to personal data.
Access to this platform requires the use and reading of your electronic identity card (eID). We capture the identification key of your eID and store it together with your personal data.
In order to protect your privacy, we have adopted the following principles:
The data collected via the platform are strictly limited to the data needed for your request to be processed by the Administration concerned.
These data are mainly read on your eID card. They will not, under any circumstances, be passed on to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
The BRIC cannot, however, be held liable for the preciseness, accuracy, updating or completeness of the information contained on the eID.
It may be that we collect additional personal data from you. These additional data are also protected by the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to personal data.
Via your eID, from the first time you access the platform you can consult, modify and/or update information which:
- is not contained on your eID.
- is not linked to a transaction processed or undergoing processing by the Administration you are contacting via this platform.
You can also delete this information, but you cannot delete the registration of your encrypted identification from your eID key.
The BRIC undertakes to put in place adequate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access or any disclosure.
